What to expect if your Korean is limited
- Send photos first. Use the estimate form on our homepage — photos of the damage are enough to start. You will get a reply in writing, which is easier than a phone call.
- We write the quote down before we start. Nothing is repaired until you agree to the price.
- Bring your passport or ARC only if you want a receipt for insurance or company expense. Otherwise not needed.
- Turn off «Find My» before the repair — Settings → your name → Find My → off. Without this we cannot verify the device after repair.
